Basecamp Texts — by opting in you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Basecamp (Blizzard Technology LLC) at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include order and pickup updates, event and appointment reminders, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- How to opt in: by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS box at checkout, on the website, on the in-store Wi-Fi sign-in page, by texting a keyword to (518) 797-1597, or by asking us at the register.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You may receive one final text confirming you've opted out.
- For help: reply HELP, email basecamp@blizzardtechnology.com, or call (518) 797-1597.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers.
- Your number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy — never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Shopping with us
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep product descriptions and inventory accurate, but we may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or was listed at an obviously wrong price.
- Online orders ship from Bolton Landing, NY. Shipping charges and estimated times are shown at checkout.
- Returns and exchanges follow our Returns & Exchanges policy.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
- BasecampGO rewards points have no cash value and may be adjusted or ended at our discretion.
Our content
The Basecamp, Relax and Bolton Bigfoot names, logos, designs and photographs are ours (or used with permission). Please don't reproduce them without asking.
The legal part
The store and website are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Blizzard Technology LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of them, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
