Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what we need to sell you things, ship them, and keep in touch when you've asked us to. We don't sell your information, and we never share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with anyone for their marketing.

Who we are

What we collect

Order information — name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you buy, in store or online. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card number.
Account and rewards information — if you join BasecampGO, your email, purchase history and points balance.
Contact preferences — whether you've opted in to email or text messages, and when.
Website usage — pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools (Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta and Google advertising pixels).
Guest Wi-Fi — if you join the free in-store Wi-Fi, the name and email or phone you enter on the sign-in page.

How we use it

To process and fulfill orders, returns and exchanges, and to answer your questions.
To run the BasecampGO rewards program.
To send marketing email or text messages — only if you've opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
To understand how the store and website are used so we can improve them, and to show relevant ads to people who've visited us.
To prevent fraud and comply with the law.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts — at the register, on our website, on the Wi-Fi sign-in page, or by texting a keyword to us — we may send you order updates, pickup notices, appointment or event reminders, and occasional offers from Basecamp. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support categories, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — Shopify (store, point of sale and payments), shipping carriers, our email and SMS providers, and analytics and advertising platforms — and only as needed to provide their service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your phone number or text opt-in with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools for the shopping cart, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout need them to work.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from email with the link in any message, and from texts by replying STOP.
Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing basecamp@blizzardtechnology.com.
Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the store or website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
